The project aimed at providing the top of the line equestrian facilities to serve both national & international events in Janadriyah 50km from the existing club in Riyadh. The project comprises of the main Grandstand Building, the Race-day Stables, Housing, Maintenance and Administration Buildings, Equine Hospital & Labs, Clubhouse, Mosque and other amenities. In addition, the project also includes state of the art racetrack, and an extensive infrastructure & landscaping package within and around it. The specialized nature of this project in terms of construction, services and equipment were among the various challenges of the project.
